Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data PaidWebTraffic — operated by Oakland General Trading LLC ("we", "us") — processes when you use paidwebtraffic.com, submit a form, or book an audit. We process the minimum data required to respond to your enquiry and to measure, in aggregate, how the site performs.
Data we process
- Contact and booking forms: the details you submit — name, company, email, phone, website, industry, approximate ad spend, and your message — plus technical metadata such as timestamps and IP-derived country data, used to route and review your enquiry.
- Analytics and performance: aggregate usage metrics (page views, Web Vitals) collected through first-party endpoints and third-party analytics services (for example PostHog and Google Analytics 4) where these are enabled. Where measurement is inactive, no analytics identifiers are set.
- Advertising and attribution: if you arrive from an ad or campaign, standard click identifiers (for example gclid) and UTM parameters may be stored to attribute your enquiry to its source. Enhanced conversions, where used, hash your contact data before it is transmitted to Google.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry, contact you about an audit or engagement, and perform the contract you enter with us (legitimate interest / performance of a contract).
- To measure and improve the performance and security of the site and our marketing (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
Third parties
We use a small number of processors: hosting and edge delivery (Cloudflare), analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics 4 via the Google Ads measurement framework), and — where enabled — consent-independent spam filtering for form submissions. Where Google Ads and Google Analytics features are used, data is processed under the applicable Google Ads and Google Analytics terms; personal data is transmitted to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is retained as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only where we have a legal or legitimate reason to keep it. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by contacting us using the details on the imprint page.
Cookies
The site sets only functional and measurement cookies (for example, attribution storage and analytics session identifiers). No advertising cookies are set on this site for retargeting purposes by us. You can block cookies in your browser; the site remains usable without them.
